When testing the IPX9K rian test chamber, place the sample on the turntable. When the test chamber is started, after the water temperature reaches a certain temperature, the water flow is controlled by the pressure gauge and the flow meter, and the water flow sprayed from the nozzle is sprayed to the test object.
For small enclosures (maximum size not exceeding 250mm), the rotating speed of the turntable is 5±1r/min. Each of the four angles was tested for 30 s.
For large shells (maximum size greater than or equal to 250mm), spray from four directions to cover the entire surface of the shell, and the spray angle should be as perpendicular to the spray surface as possible. The duration of the test is 1 min/㎡, with a minimum of 3 min.

The spray system is composed of an Italian water pump, water pressure gauge, high temperature and high-pressure solenoid valve, hydraulic pipe, and self-designed diverter.
There is a heating pipe inside the water tank, which is used for heating the water in the water tank. There is an over-temperature protector function inside the water tank. If the equipment is running and the temperature of the water tank exceeds the set temperature, there will be an alarm prompt.
