The IPX9K rain test chamber device has 4 nozzles, which are 0° 30° 60° 90°, and the spray test of high temperature and high-pressure water flow is carried out from four angles. The working principle of IPX9K rain test chamber device

When testing the IPX9K test chamber device, the sample is placed on the turntable. When the device is started, after the water temperature reaches a certain temperature, the water flow is controlled by the pressure gauge and the flow meter, and the water flow sprayed from the nozzle is sprayed to the test object.

For small enclosures (maximum size not exceeding 250mm), the rotating speed of the turntable is 5±1r/min. Each of the four angles was tested for 30 s.

For large shells (maximum size greater than or equal to 250mm), spray from four directions to cover the entire surface of the shell, and the spray angle should be as perpendicular to the spray surface as possible. The duration of the test is 1 min/㎡, with a minimum of 3 min.
