The working principle of IPX34 rain test chamber

When the IPX34 rain test chamber is testing the product, the sample is placed on the turntable of the test chamber. After the test chamber is started, the water flow controls the water output through the flow meter and pressure and enters the swing pipe through the water pipe. According to the test requirements, the pendulum tube swings back and forth to pour water into the test object.

When the IPX3 rain test chamber is testing items, the pendulum tube swings 60° on both sides of the vertical line, a total of 120°. 4s per swing. The test lasted 5 minutes. Then rotate the shell 90° in the horizontal direction, and test for 5min.

When testing items in the IPX4 rain test chamber, the water spray holes should be covered within 180° of the semicircle of the pendulum tube. The test time is the same as IPX3.

The shell of the rain test chamber is sprayed with an anti-rust cold-rolled plate, and the outer box is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has a long service life and is not easy to rust.

The door frame of the chamber door is insulated with high-temperature aging-resistant silicone rubber door seals.

The stress-free door handle can open and close the test door with one hand, which is convenient and labor-saving.

The material of the turntable is made of SUS304 stainless steel with good corrosion resistance. The height of the turntable can be adjusted because the height of the test sample and the water spray hole must have a corresponding fixed value.

The swing tube is also made of 304 stainless steel. Swing tube drive adopts a stepper motor, which has the advantages of low noise, fast speed and accurate angle.

The standard water tank of the equipment has the function of automatic water intake and has high and low water level alarm detection, which can effectively prevent the water pump from being damaged due to lack of water.

The rain test box is exposed to the environment for a long time, and the instruments, switchboards, water circuits, etc. in the power distribution room will collect dust. When the air is humid, it will cause equipment failure. Clean once.

Precautions for rain test chamber

1. If you hear an unexpected sound during operation, you need to stop the machine for inspection. You can restart the machine after the fault is found and solved, so as not to affect the service life of the equipment.

2. The transmission mechanism must be refueled regularly, and the reducer must be filled with clean 20# oil.

3. After the equipment is positioned, the support frame needs to be supported to prevent the casters from being displaced after being vibrated during the equipment test.

4. The rain test box runs for a long time. If the water spray hole is found to be blocked, the pipeline must be removed, rinsed with tap water and then assembled.
