1. The shower-type rain test chamber device mainly tests products with a relatively large volumes. 2. The shower-type rain shower test chamber device saves more space than the swing-tube rain shower device, does not take up too much space, and saves costs.
3. The swing-tube rain test chamber device can evenly rain the test object by swinging the swing tube. However, the rain shower device may have some errors and will not test the items uniformly in all directions.
4. The rainfall of the swing-tube rain shower device, the rotation angle of the test rack, the swing angle of the water spray swing tube and the swing frequency of the swing tube can be adjusted automatically. However, a rain shower can't do that.
When the IPX34 is testing the product, the sample is placed on the turntable of the test device. After the test device is started, the water flow controls the water output through the flow meter and pressure, and enters the swing pipe through the water pipe. According to the test requirements, the pendulum tube swings back and forth to pour water into the test object.
When IPX3 is testing the item, the pendulum tube swings 60° on both sides of the vertical line, a total of 120°. Each swing takes 4s. The test lasted 5 minutes. Then rotate the shell 90° in the horizontal direction and test for 5min.
When testing items with IPX4. the water spray holes should be covered within 180° of the semicircle of the pendulum tube. The test time is the same as IPX3.
