Free QuoteThe IPX1/2 drip test chamber is mainly used to test the product waterproof grade IPX1 and IPX2; it tests the protective performance of the sample shell by simulating the dripping environment in the natural environment.
IPX1/2 drip test chamber is mainly used in lighting, household appliances, electrical and electrical products, communication cabinets, auto parts, mobile smart devices, and other fields.
The working principle of IPX1/2 drip test chamber
When the IPX1/2 drip test chamber is tested, the sample will be placed on the turntable in the inner cavity of the test chamber. After the test chamber is started, the water flow controls the water output through the flow meter and pressure and enters the drip tray through the water pipe. Water droplets are generated in the needle tube below the drip tray, and drop vertically onto the measured object;
In the IPX1 standard test, the turntable is in a horizontal direction; while in the IPX2 standard test, the turntable needs to be inclined at an angle of 15° in each of the four directions, and the samples are tested separately;

The inner shell of the IPX1/2 drip test chamber is generally made of #SUS304 stainless steel; the shell can be made of all stainless steel shell or plastic-sprayed steel plate according to different use environments and customer requirements. For some customers with special requirements, stainless steel frame and glass shell can also be used. The device is equipped with a stress-free door handle, and the device door can be opened and closed with one hand.
The IPX1/2 dripping test chamber has a large observation window and is equipped with a wiper that is easy to operate, which is convenient for the test personnel to view the test process and results.
The dripping test chamber adopts a 7-inch smart touch screen to accurately present the test data;
The turntable of the IPX1/2 drip test chamber generally needs to have several characteristics such as being movable and can be tilted in the horizontal direction; the object plate of the turntable generally needs to consider making holes for fixing the object to be tested, and may meet the requirements of the object to be tested. The requirements of live test; and the size and shape can be customized according to the user's needs. Usually, the turntable has certain requirements for the weight of the measured object. If the measured object weighs more than 50 kg, it needs to be customized;
The raindrop board of the equipment is mainly composed of a square plate hoisted on the top of the chamber, with an electric hoist that can control the position and height to realize control. The raindrop board is mainly composed of brass vacuum and needles, which is convenient for simulating the realization of drip Effect.
The structure of the raindrop board can be customized according to the actual needs of users. For some customers who do not have too high requirements on the position, the electric hoist can also be directly fixed on the top of the chamber; the bottom of the raindrop board is usually equipped with protective devices .
Because it is a closed structure, the test water can be recycled, which saves the test cost compared with the open drip test device.
